1. Return Eligibility

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

1.2 Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must be in its original packaging.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from returns, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

2. Return Process

2.1 Proof of Purchase

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Please do not return items to the manufacturer. Contact our customer service team for the correct return address.

3. Refund Conditions

Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded unless required by law.

6. Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

6.2 Items Not Marked as Gifts

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.

7. Shipping

7.1 Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7.2 Shipping Deductions

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

7.3 Shipping Insurance

For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee receipt of returned items.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include replacing the item or providing a full refund including shipping costs.

9. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel orders that have not yet been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process.
